Verified Renter Lived and loved living here for 3 years now. Management is effective and consistent. Maintenance is prompt. The community is growing and the property is being maintained to keep up with demands from this growth.
Verified Renter I love the neighborhood to have H-E-B on one side and my gym on the other side. It’s amazing but this community comes with some drawbacks. I don’t feel like the pest control is well managed. I shouldn’t be coming into the building seeing roaches, crawling outside if you’re spraying, then there shouldn’t even be roaches around the building they can easily get inside. Verified Renter All staff are very helpful and nice. But condition of building itself is not so good at all. Spider webs are everywhere and dirty stains are every floor.
Verified Renter Bell frisco market center is the great community, maintenance is great and is addressed in less than 24hours. Office staff are friendly and reachable for concerns.
Verified Renter close to most of the stuff that you need. Good schools, maintenance is quick to get on to your concerns, probably should focus on security a little more

Verified Renter It’s okay but has progressively gotten worse the longer I’ve been here. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in the leasing office unless you walk in during their hours. Even then you may not get the help you are needing. Very frustrating that they can’t even return a phone call.

Verified Renter Our experience is fine. The only complaint would be the upkeep of the complex. Our parking garage turned into a shopping cart parking lot. People are throwing their house trash into the trash bins in the parking garage instead of done the trash chutes or dumpsters so the trash gets full and ends up smelly and on the ground.
