Verified Renter I feel like 3 stars is very generous and it’s only due to the few property staff who have helped me. When I first moved in ‘22 my apartment was dirty from the previous tenant. My downstairs neighbors regularly smoked weed on the balcony & also let their dog bark literally all day. My upstairs neighbors were always up 10pm-5am tap dancing or maybe practicing jiu jitsu. Verified Renter I like the layouts of the apartments, the amenities offered, such as the pool and the gym. The courtyard is a very popular gathering spot. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Verified Renter All staff are kind, nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that the building itself has to be cleaned then it will be so much better.
Verified Renter The management here does not look out for their residents. We have neighbors who are loud and disrespectful to the people around them. Our washer has been broken for 3 weeks now and has not been fix. They are very understaffed. The property is very messy and smelly from trash laying out everywhere in the parking garage and the hallways. They send out emails with reminders or property rules but they to not reinforce the rules.
Verified Renter At first this place was great. But now, I feel like their management is lacking. Key fobs are not working for the elevators, mailroom lockers are not working and delivery people are just leaving the packages out in the open for people to take. I have to get out of my way to get the packages quickly because I'm afraid someone will steal them. I'm still waiting in my maintenance orders and it's been weeks. Verified Renter Property Management is below average. My experience hasn’t been good at all for the following reasons: 1. Maintenance doesn’t respond timely nor completely fulfill request. 2. Property is often not maintained adequately to be considered luxury in Frisco. (There is dog poop in the hallways) I don’t plan to extend my lease nor will I refer this property to another.
Verified Renter It’s very nice and quiet. Everyone that I’ve come across whether it’s the leasing agents or people who live here are so sweet and amazing. :)
Verified Renter It is really difficult to communicate with the front office as they do not answer/return calls or emails. It also takes a very long time to have any maintenance requests completed that are not simple, routine items. They also stopped cleaning the hallways and elevators on a regular basis which is unfortunate.
