Verified Renter The management cannot keep the property clean. Other residents do not care about keeping common areas clean. There is dog poop everywhere. The hallways consistently have dog pee AND poop in them and are gross/sticky and not cleaned. The stairwells wreak of urine and vomit. The rent has only increased while the quality decreases. Verified Renter Its ok. Theres a lot of space in the apartments and its close to everything. Now the issues are that the fire alarms go off often and so often that you would never be able to tell the difference between a false alarm and a real emergency Visitor parking is not so good and they only allow Spectrum Internet services so you have no choice but to use spectrum. The luxor system can be a hit or miss in particular when its down.
Verified Renter I’m in love with the management and also the cleanliness that is being maintained by the management. They respond so quickly when we request for a maintenance request.
Verified Renter Customer service is horrible. The reps do not answer the phone or return voicemails. Maintenance request go unanswered and there is a huge lack of communication. This community has the potential to be great but because of these things they won’t be.
Verified Renter Everything went smoothly! Really enjoy working with Brandon! Class act! Apartment was in excellent condition and very impressed that Bell Market Frisco had a lady come in and clean the place up!
Verified Renter It’s fine here, I think they’re making an effort to make improvements. Lots of dog poop everywhere but they have started sending emails out telling owners to pick up after their dogs.
