Verified Renter Everything was great! Super speedy process, I expressed interest, signed a lease, and moved into the apartment in less than two weeks! All of the staff are super chill, too!
Verified Renter All community information is timely and appropriate! So far all items are timely and everything is quickly taken of with no fuss. The office staff is responsive and the maintenance staff is fast!
Verified Renter Maintenance needs to change a lot. It’s a good apartment but people aren’t actively resolving any issues. Pest control people needs to be more active.

Verified Renter The office staff is incredibly hard to get a response from. The complex is filthy. The fire alarms go off at least once a month with no fix in sight (this has been at least a 2 year issue). The gate to the garage is always broken. There is not enough parking for guests. The parking system constantly changes. The communication from the office is always under a 24 hour notice.
Verified Renter Apartment is safe and good. The areas near the lifts need to be cleaned, and the trash area stinks. A prompt response to work order requests would be really beneficial.

I’ve read reviews before moving in and they made me feel like I probably made the worst decision of my life, but I’m pleased to find out that those reviews might have been too exaggerated. The management answers the phone, the place isn’t too dirty, and the location is PERFECT.
