Scott tried hard but really when a chemical is spilled inside the vehicle doing exterior body work, and odor left is do strong it lasts for weeks, do you think someone might have mentioned it to the customer? 0 Star : My Experience It took over a month to get my car back. I was not kept in contact on the progress of my car as much as I thought I should. I felt like I was getting the same answer every time I called to get updates.
0 Star : My Experience The first adjuster neglected to see and document half of the repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle. This caused significant delays and parts were not ordered because even more delays because we're back ordered. He was never there when I needed to talk to him. When Grant took over it was smooth from start to finish and he kept me updated on everything that was going on to the minute. His customer service was superb and I was I have a customer when I left.
