2 Star : Likely to Recommend Not very likely after this experience. 4 Star : Repair Quality I've worked with Bell Collision in the past and did not have any issues. This time, i received my car back with some sort of glue underneath the doors that does not come off easily. One of my tail lights has a paint marks from the paint job as well. 4 Star : Customer Service Communication was not the greatest.
0 Star : My Experience Waited over a month for the car... and it was just scratches on the rims that needed repair. Never received updates or how much repairs would cost. When we went to pick up the car the rep didn't even come to greet us because he was too busy. Worst service overall !

When they wouldn't return my phone calls I had to take it to Peoria Subaru to repair 0.5 Star : Customer Service Very unprofessional. They were suppose to contact Enterprise Rental to pick me up when I dropped off my vehicle. I waited 45 minutes before finding out they never called. Also rude to customer on the phone
