0 Star : My Experience I am disappointed with the service I received at Bell Collision. Initially I was told by Scott Larson that the work on my car would be completed in 5-10 days and it ended up being over a month. In the meantime Scott left the company or was dismissed. Frank took on Scott's previous responsibilities and has worked very hard to complete the job. I have only appreciation for Frank and his efforts to make things right. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I went off a recommendation from someone in the industy after the two shops I would normally use sold to national companies. I could not recommend your shop with any confidence. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The front office and my adjuster were good. I did leave a message that was never returned. As for the van, the rocker panel on the passenger side still has two 14" scratches that were never touched. The sliding door is not lined up with the passenger door and it has several waves in it. 0 Star : My Experience I was never provided updates and was never able to get ahold of my estimator. I had to continue to call and was told the estimator would call back and never did. When I was finally told my car was done, I went to pick it up and noticed my right blinker was not working and the break light was connected incorrectly. I turned around to take the car back. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Make excuses for everything, even the supervisor made excuses. Im dislexic, I forgot, shes one of my best people, this never happens, it was probably your insurance company denying the part of the claim, excuse after excuse and supposedly detailed the car to make up for it. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality There were 2 clips on my hatchback that were removed during repairs and you could tell that someone used some kind of tool to shimmy them off, not in a clean manner. Once the clips were placed back on, they were loose and there were additional scratches in that area. A tech took a look at them and used double-stick tape to make them not wiggle as much. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint coming off, quarter panel still has a dent, back bumper wasn’t put back properly when repairs were being done resulting in the bumper not sitting flush, plastic panel on the inside of door also wasn’t clamped in all the way 2.5 Star : Customer Service
