Car was definitely not ready for pickup. Adjuster would ignore us and not give us updates on Car the entire time. Awful experience. 0 Star : My Experience Truck was delivered without it being complete. Driver side mirror and my wheel were never completed. I’m still waiting on advisor to let me know when to bring it in to complete after I went in there on 5/13. He(Aaron) said he would have me come in on 5/17 to complete and he never set anything up. Not to mention he’s installing a used mirror and it took 3 fenders to get it right. Horrible experience. Glad you guys asked.
