0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Would not recommend due to vehicle was obviously left in the sun for a month and collected lots of dust while the doors were off. Battery had evaporated and was pretty much dead when I picked up the vehicle, the rear wiper had deteriorated and license plate shows sun damage. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint and finish looks good. 5 Star : Customer Service Brock was great to work with, kept me informed with repair progress.

0 Star : My Experience The estimate was NOT reflective of the hi#en damage. I feel that the adjuster saw the "crazed Black Diamond paint that didn't get performed in a timely manner and recently damaged dash from a radio theft and just blew off the inner door damage and left it at that. That's okay, we've learned our lessons from Honda and will NEVER buy a new one again. Oh yeah, don't expect any referrals from me or anyone I know. Thanks for the weak attempt at customer service.

1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Door sensor is not working, car is not locking. I called bell collision on Friday to report the issue. Couldn’t reach anyone. Are you guys open today (7/5) 3.5 Star : Customer Service They should have checked the work before handing over the car to me

0 Star : My Experience What's the point of dropping your car off for an estimate on a Saturday if no one is there to look at it til monday afternoon? I also asked for an estimate to paint the spoiler on the car and was given a number but no one ever followed up to see if i wanted it done...

0 Star : My Experience No contact needed. It would have been better if someone had contacted me after the initial estimate was done, instead of just letting me know the day before it was supposed to be ready. We could have then discussed the issues that were disagreed upon before I came to pick the car up the first time. The work that was done is of good quality and the office staff is friendly. Grade: B
