I was going to buy a 2023 Honda accord. I made a deal we shook hands. I rang the bell... Then they try to change the terms of our deal. I told him no the sales manager started yelling at me and treating me like complete garbage. I have bought my last three cars from Bell Honda - they are unprofessional and unfriendly. Brianna is a total joke. I will go in and buy that car the minute she is relieved of her duties. if you are shopping for cars, beware. There are a lot of dealers in Phoenix to choose from. I would advise you do... read more

I was in their showroom the other day attempting to buy a car ( which is easier said then done) first off they still are trying to charge almost $6000 for a "market adjustment" when I spoke to other dealers they at least only charge for "dealer add ons" whatever they might be! Secondly there was a bald guy behind the glass (I can only assume was a manager) yelling at his staff and cursing at them! My kid was sitting there listening to him say the F word over and over! What kind of place is this?? Isn't this supposed to be a ... read more

This is for the Bell Honda Service Department. I took my car in on 2/24 when the check engine light came on. The first thing I asked them was "Do you have time to look at this today?" They assured me that they did. I dropped my car off around 11:30 a.m.. I finally called them at 4:30 and the person that answered the phone said that my representative was not available and he would leave them a message. Right after that I received an automated text with the list of repairs. I tried to call the service department and ... read more

I have a Honda CRV 2021. I love it but now it's paid off the dealership, Sandra....keeps calling to try to buy back my vehicle. I have told this Sales representative no on multiple occasions. I have received four calls, all from Sandra. Each time she says, " I will mark it in your file that I don't want to sale my vehicle back. And repeatedly, she keeps calling. As a result, I will no longer take my vehicle to Bell Honda. I keep asking them to stop calling for my vehicle. They say they will, and then she calls again. As a re... read more

I went to the service center at Bell Honda because my 2019 Honda was recalled. After waiting 3 1/2 hours I went and asked to speak to the manager. Instead, I was referred back to my service center rep. I told him I had been waiting a long time and wanted to get my car. He said I told you it would take 3 to 4 hours. I told him I didn't think he did because if he had I wouldn't have waited. He said the mechanic was just finishing up. After waiting another 1 1/2 hours the car was finally done. When I signed the paper wor... read more

Why does a 2012 Honda Accord, with under 80k miles, need to have the ABS break module, power steering leak fixed, a timing belt replaced, bushing replaced and a side mount-estimated to cost $5,000?? I WILL NEVER BUY HONDA AGAIN! DON'T BUY HONDA! LEMON!

worst Honda dealership, never seen a rude sales manager like in this location, a sale manager name Luis Basera tried to fool me by selling me a car for 13K more than what it worth, and on top of that he is such a rude person and he raised his voice on me just because i refused to buy the car and figured he is a liar. my experience is so bad with this dealership, please be aware.

Terrible. There are so many other dealerships to go to. Please pass on this one or at least put it at the bottom of your list. Manager Luis Becerra. Unfriendly and downright rude. Had a deal that would take one extra day so I could consolidate funds for cash offer. I was told if I didn't make the deal on the spot the car would be $700 more tomorrow. What a joke! Who does that? I left and won't be going back. Way to close the deal guys!! Money out the door!! As you can see they have terrible reviews on yelp. If you are lo... read more

Debated doing this review because my service advisor and their parts guy are wonderful to deal with. That said. Brought in my Ridgeline for replacement of the 3 bad motor mounts. Another Honda dealer quoted me $1,320 but Bell is more convenient. Bell quoted me $2,500. Why? When you brace the engine, you change all 3 mounts at the same time (I've done engine swaps back in the day). Bell wanted to charge me separately for each. 9 hours for a combined 3 hour procedure. They would not budge even when I showed them the other Ho... read more
