Verified Renter Things always seem broken and in-progress of being fixed. It was worth it before but rent keeps increasing significantly with a deterioration in up keep of the apartment and facilities.

Verified Renter Wish the grills got cleaned more frequently but other than that solid place to live. Staff is friendly and great a making events for the community to get together. I actually know most of my neighbors

Verified Renter Good location, great leasing & maintenance team. Amenities are great including coffee and onsite gym. Community gate locks could be better on locking to ensure community safety.

Verified Renter Management wise the place has got a lot better than when I first moved here. Neighbors over all great! There have however been issues with the pool, some people don’t respect quiet hours. Even with locks in place. So if you’re a light sleeper, 10/10 don’t recommend the pool area to live.
