I had a couple of maintenance issues but I was able to get assistance with those in a timely manner. Everyone's kindness has been greatly appreciated.Â

Verified Renter We love this community. We feel safe here. The only thing we don’t like is the buildings made out of wood and we hear every thing upstairs. But we are fixing that by going to Hampton !Â

Verified Renter As far as reviews go it is my opinion that nothing is perfect so giving 5 stars is a no. I gave 4 stars for this community after living here going on my third year with more positives than negatives. I do not like that there is no covered parking along with the price of rent for a one bedroom with only one door in and out, and no patio. Otherwise, it’s a good place to enjoy Florida living with a location that leaves unlimited options.Â
