Verified Renter I moved in this community 3 month ago. This is my first place in Florida after moved from NY. I like my apartment . When I had problems with the cooling system I made request and maintenance team has responded great and quick. Also staff in leasing office is very pleasant to work with. I looking forward to stay in this community longer.

Verified Renter I have been here since 2013 with the intention of it being a short term move and here I am 2024 and still here! I enjoy my unit the maintenance crew are the best and everyone in the office are so nice to speak with whenever the needs presents.

Verified Renter Very attentive maintenance staff. If ever we have any issues they get fixed almost immediately. Grounds are kept up. Nice to see they added the clock back to the windsor pool!. All in all a very nice place to live.

Verified Renter If we take the community as a whole, it’s a very good one, but..... 1) there are places for car washes, but they don’t work, they’ve been promising to fix it for a year now, but nothing has changed. 2) trimming the bushes, not only is it not even, but it looks like it was done by a drunk person or a small child, opposite me there is a private community and everyone there is trimmed very well, it’s an easy job. Verified Renter I love lansbrook, only issues is we had some problems with our apartment when we first moved in and our AC still isn’t the best, doesn’t circulate well in the bedroom. & also I wish they had hot tubs by at least one of the pools !
