Verified Renter I love living in this community. The new management company has made great improvements. The new management team has been super nice as well. The maintenance staff is great and very quick in responding to any concerns I have. I live on the wood line, so I love the privacy of no neighbors behind my unit. The location is great for me. My son and his family live only two miles from me.

Verified Renter I love Bell Lansbrook Village especially for my family! We’ve been in the community for almost two years and I love the upgrades they are doing for the landscape, the only thing I question is the rocks in between the cars. But outside of that everything is beautiful

Verified Renter The community is good, they’ve been doing a lot of improvement lately. The only thing we’ve been expecting since we moved more than two years ago is that the playground was supposed to be renewed and it’s still the same, it is old and not well kept…

It's unfortunate to hear about your experience with the playground. We are working on removing the Windsor playground and replacing it with a new dog park. We will be putting in a brand new playground in Hampton and pickleball and basketball court in the next few months.
Verified Renter Very good but not great! We love it here in Landsbrooke! Its beautiful and a safe neighborhood. There are some issues with the teenagers that destroy some areas of the property like the park that is upsetting, and is very high in rent. Overall is a great place to live and we enjoy making memories here!

Verified Renter I love our community! The office team are always friendly and helpful. And the maintenance team are simply the BEST! Late last evening I discovered my AC wasn’t working correctly. I put in an online maintenance request at 1:00 am. Just a few minutes after 8:00 am, Joey (one of our fantastic maintenance techs) was at my door.
