Verified Renter pretty apartment complex. residents are quiet. have first floor villa with garage. nice neighbors. good amenities. lots of upgrades happening. too much landscaping/updating noise so far. during the day , every day for past 5 months- would be nice if they would finally complete and get out.

Verified Renter I have lived in Lansbrook Village since 2003 And I will not live anywhere else while I am living in Pinellas County. I love how residents greet and care for each other. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and makes me feel like I am living in a resort.

Verified Renter Comfortable here. Been here for several years. It’s well-maintained with landscaping and cleanliness. Maintenance usually response rather quickly. I would like to see office employees answer the phone more than they do, but that would pretty much be my only complaint.

Verified Renter The Front office was very helpful and when I needed it the most they came through for my family. They are awesome and very courteous. upon arriving at the complex I noticed the heated pool and that is what caught my eye.
