Verified Renter It’s a nice, safe, well located community which is the most important. Food trucks on occasion are cool. It’s also great having a onsite fitness facility. (The only small cons are residents sometimes driving a little too fast through the neighborhood and noisy lawn maintenance equipment.)

Verified Renter Quiet Area A Lot Of Work Being Done To The Outside. Insides Could Use Some Work Though. Not All Units Are Newly Renovated. But Other Than That Leasing Office Is Really Nice The Manager Bri is Very Nice Professional. They Work With You And Are Very Understanding About A Lot Of Things

Verified Renter Quick response to all questions/comments/concerns. Just wish the kitchen space was bigger/more updated appliance. The pools are great! I wish the gym was bigger though. I enjoy the events they do throughout the year!
