Verified Renter If we take the community as a whole, it’s a very good one, but..... 1) there are places for car washes, but they don’t work, they’ve been promising to fix it for a year now, but nothing has changed. 2) trimming the bushes, not only is it not even, but it looks like it was done by a drunk person or a small child, opposite me there is a private community and everyone there is trimmed very well, it’s an easy job. Verified Renter I love lansbrook, only issues is we had some problems with our apartment when we first moved in and our AC still isn’t the best, doesn’t circulate well in the bedroom. & also I wish they had hot tubs by at least one of the pools !

Verified Renter I feel at home. Maintenance requests are fast and friendly. The pool areas are always clean. Plenty of poop bag stations troughout the complex. I wish the landscaping was better.

Verified Renter Like it here. Only complaint would be people are leaving a lot of garbage in yards lately. I’ve gone out and picked up often only for folks to throw it again. Other than that… great place, good amenities, updated apartments, nice pools, great office staff, quick repairs.

Verified Renter Super quite neighborhood! Has plenty of areas to walk your dogs and multiple pools. Apartments could use more storage space and some renovations, but overall a great neighborhood.
