Verified Renter It’s quiet, location is great, grounds are nice. Wish there was more parking or at least assigned parking. Maintenance is great. When you submit for a repair they are here the same day or next.

Verified Renter Living at Bells Lansbrook village has been great for me personally! Made friends with one of the staff members in the gym, maintenance is always on point, and they keep the community up to date and clean! Love it here so far. Verified Renter Been living here for 6 years. We have dealt with a lot of changes in the leasing office and some were not so great. Since the new company has taken over we are very happy with the upgrades and attention to making this place nicer than what it has been for the last few years. East lake is a great community to live in.

Verified Renter Office staff always helpful & friendly. Maintenance guys are great .!!! They are always on site and always attend to repair issues quickly! Grounds are manicured & rarely see trash on site….New paint & added landscaping is a plus!
