Verified Renter This is a middle of the road place to live. There are still upgrades that need to happen and are in progress. It is an older place and shows the wear with windows and appliances. The location is great for cyclists as there are some near paved trails and wilderness parks. The rent has gone up quit a bit in the last couple of months.

Verified Renter Great community I just wish I wasn’t getting charged for every little thing like trash pick up. I’m completely capable of walking my trash to the bumper instead of paying $40 a month for a service I don’t need but it’s required by every resident.

Felt like home! We toured this property around Thanksgiving 2023 with leasing agent Nadia. She provided a great tour, and we felt like we were at home when we toured. Nadia had great follow through and was there to help every step of the way. We look forward to moving into our new home in April!

Sky High aren’t and Poor Management I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Residents have not had access to all THREE of the community pools due to an issue with the key fob system. Normally this would be an understanding hiccup, however the system has been broken for months and they’ve been leaving the gates ajar so residents can access the pools and now they put locks on the gates. I Love Living Here’ I’ve been here 7 months now and I absolutely love my apartment and the community!!! It’s so quiet here, my apartment is quiet, I can’t hear my neighbors on either side and on one side there are children but no sound! The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff here work really hard to handle things in a quick and efficient manner. The Office and the Maintenence Staff are Amazing. Very happy We have lived here for about 5 years now. Although there has been a change in management we are still satisfied with our experience. So far any issues have been rectified quickly and the staff is friendly. The old management though usually good wasnt responding well to our maintenance requests with regards to stove issues etc... however new management repaired our stove and it's still working good and they replaced our dishwasher recently and it works great! We never thought that would happen! Thank you

Lansbrook Village "A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.
