Verified Renter the apartment is clean in general and the office manager Brain is super helpful. The 2 things I'm not very happy with are the fire alarm and main elevator. The fire alarm went off 2-3 times without notice and the main elevator was gone for a long time. Overall, neighbours are kind and the noise level is low. I'm satisfied with this choice.

Verified Renter So far, we are enjoying our stay at Bell Shady. The community manager, Brandon was welcoming and very easy to talk to. The amenities are superb. I was able to use the business center even at the middle of the night which is very convenient especially if you do not have a computer/printer in your unit.
