Excellent Management, Staff, and Facility My experience here so far has been great. The maintenance and other general staff have all been very helpful and friendly, and the facility, location and amenities (in-house movie theatre, pool, fitness center, all well-maintained and in great condition) offered are amazing. Verified Renter Its a really lovely community, and everybody seems really happy. It felt strange, when i first moved in, because i wasn't used to random strangers stopping and helping. The gym is great, the lounge is awesome and the rooftop is gorgeous. The only issue is the distance i have to walk just to leave the building or return to my apartment. Otherwise, i have 0 complaints

Verified Renter Just moved in this week and so far we really like it. The tour and application process went great; Dipper is great! Everything is really nice and the apartment is surprisingly quiet, much more than other places we’ve lived. Nice amenities, garage parking and across the street from Dunkin!
