New Business and Running Pros So far it's been pretty simple and easy on the eyes. The primary function I rely on is the communication and the ease in integration. Bench and Team has allowed me to get my previous year's filings rolling and looking forward to the results. Cons It doesn't have a picture/document submission available on the software, but the email address keeps it easy enough.
Excellent! Pros I love that it lets me focus on running my business and dealing with Clients versus having to handle the tedious task of bookkeeping! This makes it easy to give the end of year packet to my accountant to file my taxes. He loves it too! Cons There's nothing I dislike about this. It's easy to use and affordable.

Saved a Ton of Time (and money) This has been a fantastic experience! They were able to save me a TON of time in getting my books up to date, and now it's basically on autopilot. Perfect for Startups and Small Businesses! I solved the issue of not giving bookkeeping the time needed to run my business. Pros The best part about Bench is the amount of time saved using a specialist to make sure it’s perfect. Cons I wish I had a little more control over categorizing expenses instead of leaving comments for someone at Bench to edit it for me, but again, I still save time not doing it myself.
Bench for Small Business Very easy to work with, communicative, and responsive to the needs of the business. Good value for the cost and savings on internal staff to perform this function. Pros User Experience is simple and easy to use Cons Integration with bank/credit accounts wasn't always smooth. Functionality moving from different sections of the software was not intuitive. Cannot create custom categories as a customer, only Bench team can make labels.
Top notch bookkeeping service Excellent so far Pros User interface is exceptional. Ability to make use of the data is the best part of Bench. Cons Price would be the only issue. Its a premium software service.
Excellent Product Pros The ease of use, from processing receipts to monthly financial reports, makes this the best of the bookkeeping software services I've ever used. This frees up so much of my time! Cons I'd like to see a full accrual accounting method introduced and supported.
People where it counts but automation to simplify the rest Pros LOVE the fact Bench connects with all the software suites I use as business and the team is so very helpful with answering questions and explaining how everything comes together. I spend so much less time dealing with bookkeeping and accounting now that I use Bench. The team message feature and the fact you can annotate each transaction is pretty stellar. Highly recommended. Cons No complaints, the software works really well for me.
