User for 4 years. been using them for a few years now. i cant think of any other online bookkeeper i would prefer to use. Pros The price to service is second to none. You really get a lot for your money. Plus when you need to talk (and not just message) there is always someone there. Cons occasional miscommunications. nothing too bad, just takes a little extra to get straightened sometimes. its the perils of a digital platform.

Great way to bookkeep! Pros The service is excellent. I have a bookkeeper assigned to my account. Very responsive in completing tasks and getting back to me with any questions. Cons None come to mind. It has been a positive experience overall.
One Less Thing To Worry About! Pros Running a small business alone is quite tough. After pulling my hair out trying to categorize every purchase at the end of the month, signing up with Bench made accounting so much easier! Bench Bench has been great allowing me to concentrate on the business and having a book keeping take care off all the numbers with easy access to the reports Pros convenience, having a live person do the work for me Cons sometimes navigating is a little difficult
So much time saved I tried multiple bookkeeping services and spent thousands of dollars cleaning up messes before I found Bench. This service just works. I spend ten minutes a month in bookkeeping, and all of the data I need is just there, ready for me as the CEO to review.
