Great Accounting Software Overall, I believe Bench has given me peace of mind about my financials being documented correctly and allowed me to spend more time working on my business instead of in my business. Pros Bench is easy to use and they take the guess work out of managing your business financials. Cons There have been a few moments when Bench missed expenses, and had I not caught them, they would have gone undiscovered. They could do a better job double-checking their work.
Dedicated Support and Great Interface I’ve really enjoyed using Bench so far. From the bookkeepers to the content they produce and how well they work in keeping you informed on a regular basis? I have to say it’s a must-have item for any entrepreneur’s toolkit. Amazing! Pros We love that we don’t need to do anything - bench takes care of all the receipts etc. Cons I don’t love that we have not met our book keepers in person but online does the trick!
Can't believe we didn't do this sooner! We have our records done on time, every time! Support is always available, love the check-in calls. Pros How easy and affordable it is. We had spent thousands of dollars on a bookkeeper who at the end of the day did not understand our business and caused us a lot of pain and money! Cons Nothing, I do like all the features offered.

Makes My Life as a Small Business Owner So Much Easier $3 Pros $4 Cons 1) Cash based bookkeeping. This was a struggle in the beginning since we were accrual based initially. However upon working with them and our CPA, we've managed to stay accrual based and set up a system where we do adjusted entries after filing taxes. 2) Not Quickbooks.
