The teams are fast and handling things in real time is valuable to the process. Cons I'd hoped my monthly statements would be pulled automatically once I linked my accounts.

Fair pricing and over-delivering in the support area Pros It was very easy to set up. The support over delivered to my expectations, being always ready to answer all sort of questions. Cons The software is missing integration with the invoicing tool we are using.

Can't beat the price for the level of service! I can't find this level of service for the price anywhere else. No other companies can even come close. I also love that they often work with entrepreneurs of small businesses like mine, so they know my unique challenges and can address them. Pros I have a dedicated person to help walk me through my financials whenever needed. Cons Sometimes there is difficulty connecting with some financial institutions so I have to upload a report each month.

Satisfied Customer I love it. Bench tracks all expenses and the team communicates regarding expenses in question and suggest "expense categories." Pros I love how user friendly the software is. Everything is easy to upload and the team is able to communicate with you and ask for documents or ask questions. Cons I have no complaints about any aspect of the software. Very satisfied overall.

Thanks Bench! Bench has been a life saver running a business is hard and you have to wear a lot of hats and get very little sleep. But, Bench makes the accounting side so much easier. Pros It is easy to use. It is smart and captures transactions in categories once I have categorized them once which saves me a TON of time. Cons So, far I haven't found anything I don't like.

Friendly, helpful staff. Software is nicely designed and easy to use. It's too expensive. Overall, I've been very impressed with Bench. The people, organization, resources, and software are top-notch. The price, however, is too much for someone who is self-employed or a small business owner with limited transactions. I understand that you generally get what you pay for, but I don't feel that you get 10x the value over self-managed bookkeeping using Quickbooks, Freshbooks, or Wave bookkeeping software.
