Satisfaction Guaranteed!!! So far it's been very good. I'm glad that I gave Bench a shot. Pros The software is very user-friendly. I like how you can isolate your search to specific months or quarters or the whole year. Uploading documents is very simple. Overall using this software is a pleasant experience. Cons Sometimes it will not pull my bank statements and I have to submit them manually.

I highly recommend Bench! Pros What I like most about Bench is how quickly I hear back from my accountant. I can have just one question or small update and I hear back within an hour or two. Cons When I first started using the software, it took me a minute to find my way around, but after a week or so it became easier.

Great Product, Game Changer for Business Pros This software has been a gamechanger for our company. It helps me easily track, manage expenses without the need of having to look for my bookeeper. Cons The mobile app isn't as well flushed out.

Helpful but pricey Generally my experience has been good. The device is expensive compared to other bookkeeping devices. My biggest concern is that in working with the company you get handed off to several different staff. It has been hard to build a relationship with my bookkeeper for this reason. I’ve found that I have to reexplain a number of our specifics over and over again because I am working with new people within the company. Bench for Business My overall my experience has been very well. I now use this a few times a week to track my business health and me bookkeeper Yashub is great as communicating with me. Pros Great customer service and very consistent in updating all info and expenditures to keep a real pulse on overall health of financial status including all reports. Cons Integration took a little longer and a few timely processes to begin that were a little confusing, however all necessary steps at the end of the day.
