Very Happy With BENCH Easy Way To Stay On Top Of My Business, Taxes & Reports. Pros Very Easy To Use. Has many features & functionality. Cons I can't think of any. Very thorough for my particular needs.

What Did We Do Before? Pros I love everything about BENCH. The ease of reading the reports each month and having them at my fingertips to being about to chat with our bookkeeper about any and all things. Our organization is much more put together on the paperwork end now which helps with filing taxes each year. Cons As a non-profit, it would be amazing to have BENCH handle our taxes too. But the referral we got is doing a great job so not really a con.

I really wanted to love this service I reall loved the idea of using this system and having my books finally taken care of - it was still just as labor-intensive as doing them myself - so I can't justify the cost. Pros I loved the idea of having a bookkeeper but it wasn't as user-friendly as using quickbooks. Cons I disliked how my bank accounts didn't really play nice with the Bench software the same way they do with QBO. I felt like I was paying a premium price and still having to do a bulk of the work.

Great option to take bookkeeping off my plate I've gained more time and mental space to focus on other things since handing my books over to bench. Pros Using bench takes bookkeeping tasks off my plate, giving me more time to focus on more important areas to grow my business. Cons I am not able to get quite as granular with monthly reports as I was doing my own books with Quickbooks, but the bookkeepers are very helpful with providing info when requested.

Very Happy Pros My Team and I are very happy with the Bench software and customer service. It's easy to use, a breeze to read, and simple to update. Cons The lag time to get a response from a human being is something I'm getting used to as our world is moving to the online/AI experience.

Accounting for Startups Pros We transitioned from a traditional outsourced bookkeeper to Bench and love the ability to go in and view our reports quick and easy. The team is also much quicker to finish month end reports and responds quickly. Cons The onboarding process was a bit difficult. We had to adjust our expense categories to match. We would like to use the accrual accounting adjustment but haven't been able to get help with this yet.

Bench is amazing! I knew it was time to organize my finances and Bench makes it super easy for me. Their messaging service team always sends me reminders and I can easily upload my monthly reports right into the platform. I love having the Bench team keep me on track, organized, and see my financials with ease! Pros I love the ease of the software and being able to keep everything organized and in one place! Cons I do wish tax services were included, but other than that I'm happy with the software.
