"Excellent - Attentive Service" Went in for an oil change and a repair on a recall part. I wasn't in a hurry but didn't expect to be there 2 1/2 hours. Ryan did his best to make it work....service with a smile & apologetic. However, there were others in the waiting room quite upset that they too had been there for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. "Provided me with a no pressure lease option Great Work!" My salesperson gave me all the time and options available and I never felt any pressure and the whole team from the salesperson, manager and the loan officer very hard to get me a good deal and able to drive out in just a few hours in a new car. 2nd time I used this dealership when buying a new car can't imagine going anywhere else.

"Professional and precise." Austin always follows up to thoroughly explain the service. He is professional who treats me as a peer which is rare to experience as a woman. I am sorry to see him leave. I am likely to change to his nee employer because quality service is so hard to find.

"Great place to get a state inspection" Super friendly staff and they work with you not against you. Berlin City was the only shop with available times on short notice. Plus free state inspection!
