"Routine maintenance " The folks in the service center are always attentive, patient and willing to explain what's going on - and from a female standpoint, I appreciate that. They don't pressure me into service, but rather explain what should be done at different miles and what can wait a little more. They're happy to use my coupons too!
"Appointment for Vermont State Inspection" Arrived early for a scheduled appointment. I received attention right away. Kenyon took all of my information and told me that he would have my car ready to go at around 5PM. Although he was busy, he kept his promise and I was on my way shortly after 5PM.
"Wonderful, personal service!" I recently had to look into a new to me car and decided on a KIA based on some consumer reports I had researched. It was a wonderful decision, the folks at this dealership are top-notch wonderful souls who truly care about you leaving happy! So very thankful I decided to do my car shopping here and would HIGHLY recommend it to everyone.
"Attentive" Very good service at the front line of the department. Like that they have pictures to show what is being done or if they find a problem.
"Great exerience, very helpful" I had to cancel two apointments due to illness but Austin was not perturbed in any way and helped me get an appointment that I could keep. Imdid keep the appointment and even added a tadk but he was very helpful in getting the work done that I needed.
"Got the job done" I found my experience to be overall a positive experience everyone was helpful and the finance Manger made the process easier the only thing negative would be time it took with lots of lost time waiting.
