"Recalls" Great service, saved me money. (Wanted oil change, they pointed out recall included oil change) Was nice to be able to wait for the service.
"accommodating service" Berlin City was able to get me in quickly on the same day of my call so I could get an oil change before going on vacation. Unfortunately, an issue with the sway bar was diagnosed which I will have to deal with at another date. To diagnose this cost about $30, but a detailed printout was provided explaining the issue. The agent did give a discount on the overall service, so my final bill was $70.
"Always fast and courteous service " I always look forward to dealing with Ryan Maxwell in service. He is always pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to take care of me.
"Quick and painless" I usually dread car shopping, and have spent entire days at dealerships haggling over price. This took less than 2 hours, after I had sent in my pre-approval form earlier in the day. All the paperwork was done, and I was home in time to write a paper for class. They were very appreciative of my time constraints and I didn't have to spend a lot of time haggling to get the price I wanted.
"Fantastic service from start to finish" From the phone call to schedule my service to my driving off the lot once my service was completed I got top notch customer service!!! These guys are a class act and I’m treated like I’m the only one that matters! I love Kia service center!
"State Inspection" Standard state inspection done at the dealer. It’s free and fast. Customer service is friendly and the waiting environemnt is nice. Optional transportation methods are also available but I just didn’t bother waiting.
"Service to the rescue!" Recently, I called the dealership to see if I could come in and have my brakes checked, and was told to come right over. Turned out my front brakes DID require repair, so I was very relieved to get the service completed. While there it was brought to my attention that an oil change was coming due so I was able to have that service done (plus a couple other past due items) to avoid a return trip. Great customer service overall - this visit I dealt with Austin Hemingway...it was a pleasure. Thank you!
"Excellent Service" Quick, professional service. Service Rep that checked me in had to leave suddenly. New Rep came out and introduced himself, pointed out a couple of additional issues and explained the cost. Additional work was done promptly and Rep had me on my way in less than an hour from check-in.
"Great and fast service." Had problems with motor-all was under warranty-they fixed the problem replacing the whole upper motor and then took it back a couple days later and replaced the alternator which also went. Great service.
