"Quick and painless" I usually dread car shopping, and have spent entire days at dealerships haggling over price. This took less than 2 hours, after I had sent in my pre-approval form earlier in the day. All the paperwork was done, and I was home in time to write a paper for class. They were very appreciative of my time constraints and I didn't have to spend a lot of time haggling to get the price I wanted.
"Fantastic service from start to finish" From the phone call to schedule my service to my driving off the lot once my service was completed I got top notch customer service!!! These guys are a class act and I’m treated like I’m the only one that matters! I love Kia service center!
"State Inspection" Standard state inspection done at the dealer. It’s free and fast. Customer service is friendly and the waiting environemnt is nice. Optional transportation methods are also available but I just didn’t bother waiting.
"Service to the rescue!" Recently, I called the dealership to see if I could come in and have my brakes checked, and was told to come right over. Turned out my front brakes DID require repair, so I was very relieved to get the service completed. While there it was brought to my attention that an oil change was coming due so I was able to have that service done (plus a couple other past due items) to avoid a return trip. Great customer service overall - this visit I dealt with Austin Hemingway...it was a pleasure. Thank you!
"Excellent Service" Quick, professional service. Service Rep that checked me in had to leave suddenly. New Rep came out and introduced himself, pointed out a couple of additional issues and explained the cost. Additional work was done promptly and Rep had me on my way in less than an hour from check-in.
"Great and fast service." Had problems with motor-all was under warranty-they fixed the problem replacing the whole upper motor and then took it back a couple days later and replaced the alternator which also went. Great service.
"Treated great by Mr. Pelkey" I took my car in for a recall, They noticed I was do for a inspection,They called asked if I wanted that done I said NO!! last time I went in for a inspection ,It wasn't good and I swore I'd never bring my car back there for a free inspection,,, I went in to pick up my car and Mr Pelkey said you're car is all set and we inspected it ,He said I know in the past you had a bad experience with us,,,And I just wanted to do right by you..That's one xxxx of a good guy, Because of him I will be bringing... read more

"Helpful and friendly" They went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle everyone at the dealerships was very helpful and friendly it took days for them to find what I needed
