"Great service even if the weather was lousy" Brought Optima in for an oil change - diagnostics found brake wear - sent us an e-booklet with results - everything fixed and ready by noon. And a wash ticket to boot -thank you

This was helpful and appreciated as I could ask questions. I was told how long it would take and the service dept was true to their word. The time it took was satisfactory. Ryan who helped me was friendly and courteous.
