"Vehicle was in for a recall of steering assembly" Kenyon was knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. They offered a shuttle in the morning which was essential. The driver was talkative and friendly and was a good driver.
"took me on the spot! " friendly and helpful. I was concerned about lights on my dashboard. They did a careful look over. They did not jump to conclusions before checking the car. I like that.
"Gratitude " WOW I received a free Vt. State inspection and a card for a wonderful car wash. I was in and out in less than a hour. The people were very nice to me. I hope everyone has such a wonderful experience.
"Snow Tires" I called to inquire about snow tires and spoke to a wonderful man named Kenyon. He was truly amazing. He researched options for me and came up with a great product and price. He even got me in same day as it was very snowy and slippery on the roads and I was nervous about driving. Kenyon also let me know of the bad filter circulating bad air through my car. "Thus far, always pleased!" From the day we first bought the car, we have been pleased with the service and maintenance appointments. Usually deal with Austin in service and he's been very friendly and kept us up-to-date on the car's needs.
