"Fast and, efficient " They answer all my questions and concerns. My wait to speak with someone is very short and they provide a very comfortable waiting area with amenities.
"Great" Good quick service. Nice to not pay for an inspection when no work is needed on the vehicle. I bring both my vehicles to you guys for all our service needs.
"Returning Customer" I bought in 2013. based on that experience and the service I received I bought a 2018 Kia Soul. Yousif and Kyle were great to work with and greting the purchase and loan work completed. So far we are pleases with the purchase. Love the safety features on board GPS and the heated seats.
"Amazing experience!" The team at Berlin City Kia was exceptional to work with. Our sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding to our needs and wants. It was a quick and simple purchasing process and we love our new car!
"Service appointment" I have a new 2018 kia sportage and was having trouble with the latch on the hatch. They were able to grease it up so it would work better, while I was there they also checked my lug nuts on my tires and my tire pressure. They were very friendly and professional and it was done in a timely manner while I waited.
"Quality Service" Very helpful staff that assisted with getting the service I needed right, and I could tell they made sure it was done right. I will be returning for additional service in the future.
"Recall Appointment" As always Ryan Maxwell made sure I had an appointment that fit my schedule and went above and beyond to help me set it up fast.
"These People Work Hard For You" I give a 5 star rating because these people always come through for us they work very hard to get us the car we want. We have done business with them for a long time and will not go any place else.
"Friendly + professional" Both sales personnel and service dept. are excellent. I had a non-pressured buying experience in 2016 with good follow-up. I live too far away to have routine maintenance done there, but the times I've needed advice or a visit from the Service Dept., it's been top-drawer.
