"Buy a vehicle or 2 from here" My wife and I had a great experience there. Andy was the best. He got us subway and wasn't pushy didn't play number games. We went to capital city Kia and they were a joke. By far best experience ever had at a dealership. Keep up the good work Berlin city!!!!

"Too quick?" It took a little while to connect by email with a salesperson to get answers to questions I had about a car on their website. I finally got an appointment to meet with salesperson but when I showed up he was busy with another customer. The manager was quick to help me out though. "Hard working!" We had a tough situation and the sales team stepped up to the plate and hit it out for us! They didn't have to but they went above and all came together and solved our problem! Drove off in our 3rd vehicle from Berlin city!
"Very Positive Experience" Arriving at Berlin City Kia was my last straw in attempting to purchase a different vehicle. Caleb was so wonderful in helping me facilitate my trade-in as well as finalize the financing on my car, there were even some minor mechanical things I wanted addressed and I'll be going up shortly to have those fixed. While we were there for longer than I anticipated due to them being busy, overall we had a very positive experience and I love my Kia Sorento.
"Above and beyond customer service" I had gone to several dealerships and had been getting a complete run around. I decided to try Berlin city and they now have a customer for life. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
