"Very Positive Experience" Arriving at Berlin City Kia was my last straw in attempting to purchase a different vehicle. Caleb was so wonderful in helping me facilitate my trade-in as well as finalize the financing on my car, there were even some minor mechanical things I wanted addressed and I'll be going up shortly to have those fixed. While we were there for longer than I anticipated due to them being busy, overall we had a very positive experience and I love my Kia Sorento.

"Above and beyond customer service" I had gone to several dealerships and had been getting a complete run around. I decided to try Berlin city and they now have a customer for life. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

"Great place to trade a car!!" The car salesman, Phil Bergeron was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me. Very courteous, friendly, easy to work with, polite. I would definitely recommend others to call Phil if they were going to trade.

"Great staff and great service!" We have been faithful customers for the past four years and love the way we have been treated at Berlin City Williston. Tom Valle in sales, Art in the finance department, and Kenyon, Austin and Ryan in the service department have been great to work with. The staff are professional and friendly and we have always been confident in the information they provide and comfortable in the way we are treated. We now own two Kia Souls and love them. Thank you Berlin City!

"Awesome!" We purchased our Acura from Berlin City in New Hampshire and live in VT. I have nothing but the highest praise for both locations. We have all of our regular service performed here at Marshall Avenue in Williston. They have bent over backwards to ensure we are satisfied customers and we find that very refreshing. The have consistently gone the extra mile for us and we appreciate that greatly. We have dealt with Dedrick Casab (sales manager) and Austin Hemingway (service advisor) and both are awesome!

"I won't purchase a vehicle any where else!" the most pleasant place to purchase a vehicle. Anthony was a great salesman to work with, and Art made the financing process quick and easy, yet efficient. I was given a fair price on my trade in and love the vehicle I purchased.

"A dealership that's focus on open pricing & honest salesman" Although the used inventory is more limited than some other Kia dealerships, I wouldn't pause for a moment to not recommend this dealership! During my most recent visit I worked with Steve Drill a young man with a very positive honest demeanor. Steve encouraged me to find the vehicle that fit my budget and my taste, versus just my budget. "I WILL RECOMMENDED BERLIN CITY WILLISTON VT.T" Jim Adams is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with--(By the way I am a senior citizen).He was honest,courteous,patient and we did not feel like we were being rushed. After dealing with Jim I contacted 2 of your competitors but came back to Berlin City Williston Vt. because of Jim Adams.
