"Service Advisory" TSB issued for my 2017 Sportage SX. Also needed an oil change. Kenyon was able to address both issues on my visit. Parts are needed to complete the TSB service so Kenyon set my next visit for the following Monday.
"Staff is friendly and helpful" I have always has good luck with the Service Team. They tell me what they would recommend I repair, but they never push me. They will tell me if it is safety related and needing to be repaired for inspection, of if it is something that can hold off a bit. Their pricing seems fair and reasonable. The only downside this time was waiting in line to pick up my car, but that is not the staffs fault. They had several customers all show up at the same time.

"inspecttiion" Miission was to have the vehicle inspected. Done Quickly AT NO Charge and Free car wash!. I couldn't qiute grasp receiving this service after having been fleeced elsewhere!
"Fast and friendly service" Ryan was very friendly and took my car in right away. My car was finished when it was supposed to be done so I could keep the other appointments that I had made. Great service
"Exceptional Service as Always!" Love the hassle free experience each appointment. Kind polite staff. Even when issues are discovered they carefully explain the problem and solution. I trust no one else with my service needs.
"Excellent" I find this dealership and its employees very approachable, easy to work with and I feel like they get to know what my needs are every time I go in whether it be for a new car or for service.
"Very Stream lined Experiance" Found a vehicle i was interested in and within 7 hours the deal was done. That is including the dealer bringing the vehicle for NH to VT. PAT was great!!!!
"Great service" Great experience with my service appointment. Fortunately I don't have to go in for service very often but when I do I'm always treated as if they know me! Good explanations, estimates and awesome communication throughout the process and the shuttle service was easy and quick!
