"Routine Service" Took my new Alfa Romeo in to have snow tires mounted and a few other items to check out. All work was done including a few software updates that were available. Excellent service.
"Excellent experience" I went in to Berlin Kia to buy a 2018 l Phil had me test drive a 2016 Forte, it was a nice car but I wanted newer. He did everything he could to get me what I was looking for. I ended up buying a 2018 Kia Forte. Very happy with it. I have always had excellent experience with Berlin. That is why I keep going back ... Sheila Hoague

"Easy Service" Easy to schedule an appointment, shuttle service was on time both coming and going and made it an easy day. Kenyon in Service Dept. was very helpful.
"Routine service" Extremely easy to schedule the appointment on line. Very punctual on getting the vehicle in and reviewing what needs to be done. Pointed out things to be looked at next scheduled service. No pressure trying to sell additional services. This is how a Dealership Service Department should work. Great job! Would highly recommend this Dealership!
"great service" Quick and friendly service. Free inspection is great! Also had and oil change and tire rotation. Great package for 3 oil changes, etc. Staff is friendly.

He made the whole experience so pleasureable and stayed late to help transfer our old car stuff into our new car by flashlight! Todd in finance was equally fantastic! "Excellent Service Dept!" I was visiting my daughter at school last weekend. I was having issues with my brakes and Kenyon did an excellent job ha sling my issues and explaining what had happened. I could tell that he was extremely customer-service oriented. He gave me an in-depth explanation of my issues and handled everything very well. Thanks again Kenyon! You were fantastic!
