"Always great service and great staff" I am always greeted with a smile and friendly face. The service dept addresses my concerns and immediately fixes the problem. They go beyond my expectations and provide me with a nice lounge to visit which includes drinks and snacks.
"Inspection" Kenyan was so helpful and courteous. He walked me to my car and helped me with my 2 dogs he was so professional if I still had my business I would hire him on the spot. He is a keeper for sure.
"Great experience!" Pat and John both went above and beyond expectations. When I found the truck I wanted it was at a sister dealership. It took less than 24 hours to get it to me. The truck had a couple dings and dents that they fixed for me. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely buy my next vehicle from them
"Service department I give them a 10" I like the people there they are very friendly and when I call for a appointment I always get the time I want and I like the waiting room and the drinks and food when I’m waiting and when they work on my car they are good and fast .
"No problems!" Ryan did a great job. He provided friendly, knowledgeable customer service and explained my maintenance options without using any type of pressure to proceed. Will be coming back.
"Surprising" I went to Kia yto look at a used Sorento, was not able to purchase due to price and wanted a bigger motor. When I returned the car I received a warm hug from Dedrick, no guilt trip,no sales pitch just "what do you need from us?" In the end I got a better price, a newer vehicle and bigger motor. All of the items on my checklist were met and all promises were kept. Thanks Berlin City :)
"Straight forward" It's just easy. No hard sell, no stress, just all the information you need to make an informed decision. This is my 3rd Kia.
"Got in for service at appointed time" Service time was quoted when I arrived and my KIA was ready before the quoted finish time which allowed me to stay on my schedule for the day which is always a thumbs up.
"Friendly, no pressure environment." Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Salesman was very friendly and easygoing. Very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend to others.
