"service at dealer ship" I have bought five KIA vehicle,s and so far to this date i am pleased with how i was treated at Berlin city in the sales service and well all departments so far everyone that i have dealt with were great
"Courteous attention to the customer " The service staff was attentive and very courteous. They explained in detail what I could expect and the results were pretty much in line with my expectations. The pricing was competitive and the work appears to have been performed to a high standard. Time will be the judge. One minor issue was that I was told my wipers appeared to need replacing and when I pointed out that I had purchased new wipers just a few months earlier it changed to I didn't need them right away. "Inspection" Had appointment for inspection and was done in 1/2 hour. And best of all the inspection was free and got a free car wash too.
"Excellent Service Felt very happy with Salesman Yousif Yousi" I had to trade in my 2017 Forte not my class of car for my senior age. Spoke to salesman Yousif Yousif , New to this dealership. But a Very Nice Young Man Polite and well manner. I tell all my friends to ask for him if looking to buy a new car.
"Routine Service" Took my new Alfa Romeo in to have snow tires mounted and a few other items to check out. All work was done including a few software updates that were available. Excellent service.
"Excellent experience" I went in to Berlin Kia to buy a 2018 l Phil had me test drive a 2016 Forte, it was a nice car but I wanted newer. He did everything he could to get me what I was looking for. I ended up buying a 2018 Kia Forte. Very happy with it. I have always had excellent experience with Berlin. That is why I keep going back ... Sheila Hoague
