"service on tacoma truck oil change and inspection" friendly people took great care of my truck service was done faster than expected very satisfied with the work done i will return when i need service again
"Warning Light / Low tire pressure" I called to see if I could drop in to have them look at my tires pressure. Without an appointment they said come on in. I did and they were great!
"Peter was great to work with." Our experience was excellent. This is our second lease with you. My only comment is that Peter had two customer going at the same time which slow down the process.

"General maintenance " Excellent service, excellent waiting room facility - waiting time was minimal. Cost of service was fair and coupon discounts were used where applicable. Very professional facility.
"15,000 mile service" Friendly staff. Waited in the very comfortable waiting room. The service was done quickly and efficiently. An overall very good experience. I wouldn't change anything.
"5000 mile service " Upon entering the facility I was greeted by the attendant checking in vehicles immediately followed by the service rep who followed me through the process of what they were checking. I could not be more thrilled with my experience. My service rep even walked me to my vehicle. I joked that my car wasn't washed and he explained the washer was broken down and was more than willing to have someone hand wash it for me. Completely great experience. "I had my 45,000 mile service and an alignment for my Tundra" I have had a great service experience at Berlin City Toyota each time I have brought in my Tundra for service. I had my 45,000 mile service and my annual state inspection this past week. The service staff are always very courteous and thorough. I typically wait while service is being performed and the waiting area at Berlin City is very comfortable and allows me to always work remotely via the free WiFi.
