"Dom Bernard, an excellent salesperson" We are looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle and stopped by Berlin City to talk to Dom, a former student of mine. He was knowledgeable, professional and, perhaps most importantly, trustworthy. We didn't even bother shopping around after that but rather we signed the paperwork then and there to lease a brand-new RAV-4. Excellent price, great deal from a very accommodating person. We can't recommend him highly enough!
"6 month check up" I was seen quickly and the wait wasn't very long. I was then shown how the car was checked over and how it was scored.

Much better than the purchase of 2nd Sienna, which was purchased elsewhere.

"oil change" I had a Saturday appointment for a routine oil change. They took me right away and in no time my car was ready and washed as well. Nice speedy service
"Pleasantly surprised " I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole vehicle buying experince was with the professionals at Berlin City. From the very start they responded quickly to an email I sent and I was in the show room the next day due to their positive communication skills. Going through the process they listened to my wants and needs and wowed me during the financial discussion. I truly believe I got the best deal possible. I am so glad I gave Berlin City a try.
