"Positive experience " My car had to be towed on a Sunday to Berlin City a Toyota and I immediately emailed Diane Fortin and I had a response from her before 7:00AM on Monday morning. She kept me informed of the problem and the diagnosis in a very timely manner via email. I always enjoy working with Diane, she is the face of the service department for me and I have always been pleased with her performance. I’ve never met or talked to a mechanic but I always feel like Diane will take care of me. 5 stars for a Diane.
"Sticker" My appointment was for a sticker and I was provided with an overall review of my vehicles condition. and it was also washed. The service advisor reviewed my vehicles report with me. Then I was pleasantly surprised to see that the exterior had been washed. Thank you Toyota of Portland.
"Completed the work efficiently" I appreciated that they worked to get all the services necessary completed before the end of the day. I went in for two things and ended up needing more work than expected.
"The customer came first, very knowledgeable sales rep" The dealer met all of my expectations for my trade in and final pricing of the Rav 4. Since this was a car for my wife, I was very pleased to find the exact model that fit her requirements.
"Excellent Service on a weekend" I had just picked up my new (used) Rav in Mass and noticed that I didn't have an inspection sticker. I stopped in at Berlin City Toyota. They got me right in, gave me a sticker, checked my fluids, did a multi point check. The account manager printed off a maintenance record for me, from prior to me owning the car. Everyone was so very pleasant. Oh and my sticker was free. I will definitely be taking this new vehicle here for all my maintenance.
"Regular maintenance" Mike saved me some money by noticing I had purchased my tires at Berlin City and was entitled to free rotation. That along with fast service = happy customer.
"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" HAROLD BLANEY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING THAT WAS BEING DONE FOR MY TRUCK, HE ALSO TOOK TIME OUT TO LET ME KNOW THAT I HAD A FEW OTHER ISSUES THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF. I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND HALF.
"Good service" I took my truck in for some regular maintenance. I got it back and noticed a strange noise the next morning. I brought it right back to the dealership and they got me in right away and fixed the issue. I was very happy with their service and recommend them.
"Purchase of 2018 Rav4" Fantastic experience. Love the new vehicle and the attention I received from Brady and Melanie in Sales! They worked with me to get me what I wanted for a fair deal!
