"Prompt, friendly and efficient" The service rep was friendly and helpful, responded to my questions and kept me informed. The work was performed reasonably quickly and I appreciated receiving the status report and the multi-point inspection form. All in all an enjoyable experience.

"Awesome customer service" The customer service in the service department is fantastic. Called in the morning got an appointment right away. Diane kept me informed on what was going on with my car and checked with me several times to see if I needed anything. She went above and beyond and made having my car serviced at Berlin City a breeze.
