"Positive Sales Experience" Matt made the experience of choosing and leasing a vehicle relaxed and easy. There was no pressure or rush. He answered all of my questions about the vehicles and the purchase and lease options. I felt comfortable taking my time to decide which vehicle and model I wanted.
"Satisfied customer " It was refreshing to experience the focus on the customer. Steve was very personable and took everything I said seriously. He definitely exceeded my expectations so it was an easy decision to buy the Rav 4.
"Sales Experience" Excellent service. So quick and easy, compared to the last car I bought (12 years ago, also here). Salesman was knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions, even a few after the sale. Tucker is a valuable member of the Berlin City team, and I've already recommended him to several family and friends. Finance Department was efficient and friendly! "Awesome customer service" The customer service in the service department is fantastic. Called in the morning got an appointment right away. Diane kept me informed on what was going on with my car and checked with me several times to see if I needed anything. She went above and beyond and made having my car serviced at Berlin City a breeze.
"Service review" Excellent personal service; attentive, prompt, and responsive; service person went out of her way to make me comfortable during the wait. Service was done on time and an extra discount taken in response to a coupon.
"Awesome personality!" My Service manager was the best one I've had at this or any other dealership! I think his name was Jeff Bishop? Great Guy!
"Diane was terrific" Diane was friendly, knowledgeable and the service was fast. Car looked great at pick up - it was clean. This is my second RAV from this dealer and really like the car and service.
