Busy, fully staffed service shop. Nice waiting area. Agent catch me inform of status with text messages. They loaned me a car overnight, free.
Jeff in service very helpful. Don't feel they went into enough detail on what the issue was. Very disorganized on arrival.
All went well! I couldn't be happier.
Just so you know I was not expecting good service because when I went the first time for my undercoating I sat in the waiting room for 6 hours. You and I both know it does not take 6 hours to do an undercoating. That said this time was just the opposite the service was done in the time they told me and I went and had lunch and by the time I got back my car was done.
Quick and easy. And complete.
Rust preventative undercoating applied along with detailing.
The appointment was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Always a great experience. Clean and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes!
The whole Berlin team is awesome to deal with! I drive an hour just to get to this team and it is worth it! Pete helped me out and made my experience super easy!
