"Great service" Service was very prompt. Technician was very friendly and accommodating. Went out of his way to explain things to me. Reviewed my bill with me.
"Advisor was professional and informative." Greeted promptly upon arrival. Service advisor Michael Wilder was professional and friendly both at drop off and pickup.had to wait till the next day for a part to arrive and work completed promptly thereafter.
"15K Maintenance" Toyota Care makes things really easy. Set my appointment online, came in and waited about an hour and I left. No drama. The Service Tech was friendly and helpful.
"10K check up" Excellent service. Answered all my questions. Jeff was very helpful. Oil change and rotation was completed in less than 30 minutes. No complaints and look forward to my next visit.
"Toyota Sienna owner" Service staff are immediately on the scene when arriving for appointments; very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! Car washes are a very nice thank you!
"10,000 mile service" Great service, friendly staff! Was able to get in and out without delay. Only issue was that the computer wasn't reset so I had to make another trip to correct it.
"Diane is the Best!" Same service specialist for both cars I've purchased at Berlin City. Diane is great and makes the months after purchase easier. Great service department in general.

"Service experience went like a breeze." I have been going to Berlin City since 2001. Always had great sales people and the service department was excellent. Around the time of the Tacoma buy-back I found Berlin City simply lost its way in all departments. Staff was not happy. Customers were not happy and I as a customer found the place dreadful.
