Around the time of the Tacoma buy-back I found Berlin City simply lost its way in all departments. Staff was not happy. Customers were not happy and I as a customer found the place dreadful. "Amazing Experience!!" My heater/defroster was malfunctioning and the blower not working. I had an out of town gig on a Saturday. Two dealerships I had previously used were all booked up and wouldn't even give me a consideration of checking to see what was wrong. I called Berlin City and Diane Fortin told me she could "squeeze" me in at 1:30 the day before my trip because I definitely would need heat to travel the distance I had to go. "Got me the service I needed" My car wouldn't start one morning. Needed a new battery. Called Toyota service. They got me in that morning for a new battery. Not only did my car need the battery but my car was due for scheduled maintenance which they also performed. Thank you.

"The service was great, BUT..." The service department is very good. It takes a few days to get an appointment, and they are very good. I guess the only thing I didn't like was them telling me I would get a free car wash and then not getting the car wash. I am just one of those "sticklers", if I say I am going to do something, I do it. I think they are very BIG and very BUSY and it's the little things that get missed.
