"Amazing Experience!!" My heater/defroster was malfunctioning and the blower not working. I had an out of town gig on a Saturday. Two dealerships I had previously used were all booked up and wouldn't even give me a consideration of checking to see what was wrong. I called Berlin City and Diane Fortin told me she could "squeeze" me in at 1:30 the day before my trip because I definitely would need heat to travel the distance I had to go. "Got me the service I needed" My car wouldn't start one morning. Needed a new battery. Called Toyota service. They got me in that morning for a new battery. Not only did my car need the battery but my car was due for scheduled maintenance which they also performed. Thank you.

"The service was great, BUT..." The service department is very good. It takes a few days to get an appointment, and they are very good. I guess the only thing I didn't like was them telling me I would get a free car wash and then not getting the car wash. I am just one of those "sticklers", if I say I am going to do something, I do it. I think they are very BIG and very BUSY and it's the little things that get missed. "Extremely Pleased" On multiple occasions now Mike Wildes in Service has successfully resolved issues I was unable to get addressed at other service providers (including another Toyota dealership). Mike hs been very customer focused. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 years, and now I am a loyal Berlin City customer due to the exceptional service provided by Mike Wildes (and also Michael Begley who originally convinced me to do business with Berlin City).
"Awesome final service for my lease" Jeff was awesome to work with. He was very informative and provided information for easier transition when my lease is up. The service for my car was a breeze and it was done timely.
"Inspection sticker needed." Greeted by a smiling, friendly associate when I drove up.She said it would be a couple of minutes before someone would be out to see me. Jeff is excellent at his job. Kept me up to date on the repairs needed. Steve in sales did a good job getting me the information i asked for on a new Highlander.
