"Extremely Pleased" On multiple occasions now Mike Wildes in Service has successfully resolved issues I was unable to get addressed at other service providers (including another Toyota dealership). Mike hs been very customer focused. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 years, and now I am a loyal Berlin City customer due to the exceptional service provided by Mike Wildes (and also Michael Begley who originally convinced me to do business with Berlin City).
"Awesome final service for my lease" Jeff was awesome to work with. He was very informative and provided information for easier transition when my lease is up. The service for my car was a breeze and it was done timely.
"Inspection sticker needed." Greeted by a smiling, friendly associate when I drove up.She said it would be a couple of minutes before someone would be out to see me. Jeff is excellent at his job. Kept me up to date on the repairs needed. Steve in sales did a good job getting me the information i asked for on a new Highlander.
"New Car" All staff very helpful and enjoyable to work with. The whole process took less than an hour between both sales and finance. My Grandson was even part of the process
"18 month warranty check up ...Tire rotation" Prompt service in in out about one hour. Very friendly service advisor ,fully explained what was done and what would take place at next service interval.
"Peter Thibault" Peter was very professional, responsive and thorough throughout the process. He treated very well and we felt like we got a fair price. We look forward to having our new car serviced at the Dealership as well.
"Excellent customer service" We were warmly greeted by everyone we encountered. We were greeted by Carmen as we got out of our car in a friendly personable way. She helped guide us to make a final decision on the exact car we wanted at the price we could afford. We are very happy with our new Prius 2.
"Excellent Dealer" This is an excellent location to get your car checked out. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and im very happy with the service. I was very pleased with Diane on my last visit when the service needed was done in a timely manner and she also listened to my concerns. I told her i was a student and im on a tight budget so when they were looking at my car she notified me of the things that should be done now and what does not have to be taken care of right now. "Great vehicle buying experience!" I strolled in to Berlin City to see if they had the new RAV4 Adventure in stock. It turned out that they had just received one the night before and it was the color I wanted. Needless to say I unexpectedly purchased it that day after agreeing on a fair price. My salesperson was great, very attentive and made the experience very easy and pleasant.
