"Great vehicle buying experience!" I strolled in to Berlin City to see if they had the new RAV4 Adventure in stock. It turned out that they had just received one the night before and it was the color I wanted. Needless to say I unexpectedly purchased it that day after agreeing on a fair price. My salesperson was great, very attentive and made the experience very easy and pleasant.
"Very professional approach and execution." From being welcomed to the dealership thru the execution of the sale everyone was very helpful and professional making sure I was comfortable with the car and understood their commitment to making my visit as good as possible. They were able to locate and acquire exactly what I wanted very quickly.
"Best service anywhere!" Diane provides excellent customer service! She greets me on arrival, explains the service being provided, and answers all questions with patience. I appreciate Bob remembering my name and where I work when I need shuttle service. Derek transported me to and from work on this visit - such a personable young man. I appreciate the wonderful teamwork!
"Normal service appointment" My vehicle was received and finished on time. Multi point inspection was discussed thoroughly and I took the action recommended by the service tech. The same very good service I have enjoyed for several years
"Happy Customer" This was a warranty (air bag) service and I cannot comment on the workmanship.. Easy and expedient intake and courtesy ride back home and again back to dealership. Friendly people all around.
"Great Sales Opportunity" They notified me of a better deal on a better truck and made the trade in hassle free. Even dropped the vehicle off and did the paperwork at my house.
"Service delay" Took nearly 2 hours for the 5000 mile check up. I don't know why it took so long; I thought that you had an express service.
"Friendly efficient service" I called my service advisor to schedule the appointment for the25,000 mile service on my Toyota Highlander. She scheduled it when I wanted it. The service worked like clockwork. I’m very happy with Berlin City Toyota.
"Great Customer Service" Diane went the extra step while dealing with my 3rd party extended warranty coverage company. The situation could have cost me a lot of money, if Diane wasn't willing to go above and beyond, which she did! Thank you!
