"Oil change " Always a tremendous experience. The service staff, from the folks who meet you at the garage door to the mangers who explain the process, are exceptional.
"Best car buying experience I've ever had" I was welcomed at the door. Stuart Cohen listened to my needs and promptly brought up multiple options for me to choose from. Chose an RX350 to test drive and we were on our way. He then offered to have me test drive others but I only elected to view them. No pressure sales at all. He was accommodating in making an appointment for my wife to come and see the choices. "Great customer service." The service folks at Berlin City Toyota were very attentive and kept me informed along the way as to the status of my Sienna. Will be back.
"Routine 6 month service" Fast, friendly, reliable service. On line appointment feature is excellent and convenient. All items to be checked were explained and a time estimate given. The service was completed ahead of schedule and all items were explained. The tech assigned, Jesse, was knowledgeable and conscientious.
"Nice experience" Overall a good experience from start to finish. Melanie was very responsive and timely with information and pricing. Also, she was able to accommodate a tight schedule.
"All's well that end's well" There was a problem getting work done when at the dealership that was corrected by offering to pick up and deliver my car when convenient to me. Despite the weather, the driver arrived and returned the car as promised with the work completed.
"Great Service" The technicians at Berlin Toyota are reliable and well-trained. That's the main reason for going there. The perks are the rest of the staff. From the moment you drive into the garage, everyone is above and beyond professional. The waiting room is clean, coffee and snacks are available and I have a choice of sitting in a comfy chair and working on my laptop or standing at high table. "A New Experience bar none" Friendly, Knowledgable sales staff that caters to your every need. Explains everything concerning the sale, operation of the vehicle. Explained how to use all the features in the car and encourages questions along the way.
"Extremely satisfied." Everyone knows car buying isn't easy, and it's always hard for buyers to feel like we're on a level playing field. And you HAVE to do your homework, but the sales/finance team worked hard to bring very competitive pricing without any pressure.
