Everything was great with my service. The only thing, that I would really like to see is that my tire pressure is set the same in all my tires. I asked for 34, even though it is suppose to be 33, but with the colder weather coming it goes down. My app showed me the next morning that I had three tires at 31 and only one at 34. However, everything else was excellent.

everything was good and Ben was great
The entire experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure every one of my questions was clearly answered. The complimentary Lyft ride was a thoughtful touch and made the process effortless. And best of all I got my car back spotless and running perfectly. Always a pleasure to experience Lexus-level care!
