"1 Year Scheduled Service & State Inspection" I received a prompt courteous check in for the scheduled service that would be done. The service was completed along with a free state inspection and car wash. I did not have to wait long and my car was washed and returned to me.
"Fixed a 3rd Party Brake Job" A third party had done the front brakes on my 2008 Sienna, and they squealed like crazy for the next 2,500 miles. I couldn't take it anymore and went to Berlin City to make the problem go away - which they did for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service (no more squeals!!!) and will go to Berlin City first for all my Toyota service in the future.
"Great service!!" Mike in service was fabulous. He took care of multiple items for me while I was out of town. I arrived home with everything fixed and ready to go.
"Diane's Miracle" Advisor Diane changed my scheduled 80,000 maintenance from Tuesday afternoon to Tuesday morning once she learned of my presence on Berlin City Toyota grounds. My plans had changed and so Diane made schedule changes n response. Three cheers for Diane!! KSA

"5000 mile check up" Every thing went ver well. Jeff was very informative. I did not have a long wait, which I like. He set up my next appointment for me also.
"Excellent service appointment" Service Dept was excellent. I can't say the same for the Contract Dept - I had a LOT of trouble there. I'd have reservations about recommending the dealership because of it.

"Honest treatment" I had recently heped my grandson purchase a new RAV4. Dominic Barnard was a key reason I decided two weeks later to purchase a new RAV4 for my wife and myself. He was easy to work with and meet our needs both in obtaining the features we wanted at a price we believed to be fair.
