"Had an excellent experience with Berlin City of Portland! " My husband and I had done research on Highlanders. We are long time Toyota owners. We knew the value of our trade in. "Look your used car over carefully" Overall I had a good experience with Berlin City. I bought a used Tacoma and it was a good shape. The disappointing things were two faulty fog lights that the technician checklist said we're working fine. Both were broken. Plus, the truck needs new rotors which the technician checklist aslo signed off on. These things were kind of a bummer given what I paid for the truck. So, don't trust the technician check list. "Pleasantly surprised!" I was not looking forward to buying a new car. The last time I bought a car the salesman wanted to know if my husband would be coming in soon...ugh. Tyler greeted me at the door and was interested in putting me in the car I wanted right from the get-go. I wanted to go a bit smaller than my Honda Accord and the Corolla has comfort, style, good mileage, a large trunk, and is perfect for my needs. It all happened so quickly. "Very helpful" Very knowledgeable about the product. Good pricing and selection. They acted like they were interested in my needs as to what type of vehicle I wanted. Vehicle was very clean at delivery and I was shown all the features .
"Outstanding Service Department" On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspected, engine serviced, lubrication, and filters replaced. Diane Fortin is awesome. I had been told in error that if you wanted some things in the service packages exempted, you could not do it. Well, Diane said no problem. "Its Easy" I have contacted Berlin City Toyota for a quote , worked out with Stephen and it was amazing experience. Everything sorted out in emails, when I went to showroom, helped me with the finance options/got Special APR from Toyota and it all done, came out with vehicle. Stephen was very quick and knowledgeable to answer our questions and take decisions immediately .
"Above and beyond" Peter Thibault went above and beyond to make sure I received a great deal. He listened and understood what I wanted and did everything possible to make it happen. I appreciate the hours he spent with me.

"Purchasing a new car was a pleasant experience." I worked mainly with Jennifer Rose, who was knowledgeable, courteous and her sense of humor diminished the stress of buying a new car. Buying a car is by nature an adversarial situation, but Jennifer and Tim Brown reduced that with a pleasant approach and reasonable answers to tough questions. this was my best new car buying experience to date.
