"Outstanding Service Department" On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspected, engine serviced, lubrication, and filters replaced. "Its Easy" I have contacted Berlin City Toyota for a quote , worked out with Stephen and it was amazing experience. Everything sorted out in emails, when I went to showroom, helped me with the finance options/got Special APR from Toyota and it all done, came out with vehicle. Stephen was very quick and knowledgeable to answer our questions and take decisions immediately .
"Above and beyond" Peter Thibault went above and beyond to make sure I received a great deal. He listened and understood what I wanted and did everything possible to make it happen. I appreciate the hours he spent with me.
"purchase of a 2016 corolla Le" Jennifer rose. She is extremely pleasant and courteous. She allowed no pressure in the sale of the car and very business like throughout. She set up my appointments. I will recommend her to anyone. Thank you. Tim and Charlie were very helpful.
"Purchasing a new car was a pleasant experience." I worked mainly with Jennifer Rose, who was knowledgeable, courteous and her sense of humor diminished the stress of buying a new car. Buying a car is by nature an adversarial situation, but Jennifer and Tim Brown reduced that with a pleasant approach and reasonable answers to tough questions. this was my best new car buying experience to date.
"Purchase of new car" I went into the dealership first looking for a preowned certified vehicle and ended up purchasing a 2017 vehicle. The sales person was very nice however I don't feel he was very knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot . He disappeared quite a few times during our negotiation even after we explained we were on a tight timeframe that day. When all was said and done it took us 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete the deal. "courteous " Just bought a new Highlander. Sales force was helpful and courteous. Car arrived on schedule and was ready to drive away. Still waiting for final paperwork for out of state registration. It's been a week.
"3 for 3" This is the third vehicle that I purchase or lease at Berlin City. The first was a used 2003 4runner and we put on roughly 150K with just normal services. The second was/is a 2013 Rav4 and most recently a 2016 Rav4 hybrid. They have the exact same color scheme and are a joy to drive or ride in.
