Website was slow but i was able to find everything i wanted
There were a couple of issues preventing the 5 star rating. The pillows were mismatched and one of the chair legs was shorter than the rest. Delivery was today and I have already received calls trying to rectify problems. If everything arrives to remedy problems as promised then I would change it to 5 stars .
Satisfied wish that the set I liked was not back ordered but still made the purchase![

Customer service was great. Product I bought was defective when I unpacked it. Thought the bed set I purchase was all real wood. Discovered the bed rails were veneer covered and chipped. Customer service eased my frustration by advising me they would have new rails delivered and installed. Love the new set. Disappointed it arrived damaged.
the process was very efficient. The sales person was very knowledgeable and very up frunt when discussing my options. I would gladly shop there again especially with the new store location in Newinngton.
