good salesman
The website was very frustrating, questions asked during the live chat were not always answered, kept saying the agent was typing but nothing appeared

First couch was a no fit. Second is perfect so far. Other than that great service. Would give 4.5 stars if this review thing allowed it.
The salesperson was very helpful but finishing the sale took a long time as the back office made a couple of errors which took awhile to fix. Good thing I reviewed the paper work before I signed it as the delivery charge was over $800!! Sales person in mattresses was efficient and did not try to push for a more expensive mattress. Overall I’ll be back as the furniture has been great!
Nice place to pick up odds and ends. It is definitely a place to consider when shopping for furniture.
